On February 2, the community at 51视频 will gather for an afternoon of fun-filled BBQ competition at the seminary campus. The teams have been preparing for weeks, honing their BBQ skills around the grill and are now ready to show each other who the real grill masters of the seminary really are!

The best part of the event: all of the profits from the event are going directly to support the mission of Episcopal Relief & Development!

Hispanic Church Studies at 51视频 is partnering with Austin Presbyterian Theological Seminary and Lutheran Seminary Program in the 51视频 to offer "Crossing the Border: Themes of Resurrection" on Saturday, April 27, 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. at APTS's McCord Community Center.

The registration fee of $15.00 includes lunch.

Authors of the blog "Dirty Sexy Ministry", Laurie M. Brock and Mary E. Koppel, will sign their book Where God Hides Holiness--Thoughts on Grief, Joy and the Search for Fabulous Heels, at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, April 29 in the Weeks Campus Center.

All are welcome. Books will be available for purchase in the seminary's bookstore.
